Response to the Articles

I personally feel like I shouldn't have to be cautious of what I do because of the possibility of the government watching over me. Society gains nothing from a government that has access to it's citizens private lives. It is a breach of our right to privacy under the constitution.

While reading the articles I kept thinking of an impending apocalypse. I've seen the terminator movies and it's not good that my name is similar to the person Arnold Schwartzenegger is trying to kill. I enjoyed reading about the military's use of robots. It's interesting to see how our armed forces can become greedy with power so that they have the ultimate weapon. It's interesting to see how far one would go for robot creations. With self driving cars you have issues dealing with control though. You're not making the decision, the car is. I find that to be frightening to have lost control of a car when it shouldn't be an omnipotent being.

I like how the author mentioned the expansion of the game industry. With the technology we have today it's interesting to see how the game industry progressed and developed. Not only dod the technology help or gaming industry in america it allowed for a foreign import of games and consoles, one of which is the nintendo. It is also interesting to see that he talks about the negative side of video gaming as well. He knows video games aren't all about expansion and profit. He shows that there is an  antisocial aspect of gaming with our new technology advancing.
